I have just compiled a suggested reading list for all my lovely new music scholar pupils who are starting with me this term, so if you want to read all about AT, how to apply it to your everyday activities or work it into your music practice and performance, do check out some of these fantastic books in the PDF below.
In case you are feeling brave, I have also suggested some of Alexander's own writings: let's just say, if you enjoy reading the philosophical works of William James, or the literary works of his brother Henry, Alexander's books will definitely appeal to you too! They are amazingly insightful, but you do have to put in a bit of labour to get to the end of some of his sentences...
